How we started
Lumina Health was the dream of Dr. André Boezaart, a pain specialist with more than 40 years of experience ranging from austere pain medicine in the military to private practice. Having learned what people need to manage pain and pain conditions more effectively, Boezaart wanted to develop a way to help any person in pain, anywhere in the world, anytime. Lumina Health was born.
As a team of medical, content, tech, commercial, and behavior experts, we've combined our passions for education, innovation, creativity, and positive change to empower people all over the world living with pain.
